引札は、江戸時代、明治時代、大正時代にかけて、商品や問屋、仲買、製造販売元などの宣伝のために作られた広告チラシです。

商店等が店先に掲出したり、店先で配布したり、暑中見舞いや新年のあいさつ用として使われることも多かったようです。特に明治・大正期の引札は、強い色彩と大胆なモチーフの組合せのものが多いです。
